I have gained a huge amount of experience in all aspects of property encompassing residential property sales and lettings, land acquisition and disposal, new homes sales and marketing and property finance. I am now in my 30th year in property, 18 years of which have been with The Richard Worth Group. I am very hands on and active often carrying out viewings, valuations and land appraisals personally. Starting in estate agency in 1987 I joined Richard Worth in 1996 and have now chalked up 26 years in the local property market. I’ve been involved in the property industry since I was 19, first studying for a degree in Surveying at University in London before moving into Estate Agency. I originally joined Richard Worth in 2000 as a fresh-faced negotiator and progressed through the ranks. After a short spell away, I have returned to head up the opening of our new Bracknell branch. I grew up in Wokingham and after leaving school I decided to join the Army as part of the Household Cavalry. I remained in the Army for 6 years and decided that when I left I wanted to follow a career in Estate Agency as had many of my family before me. I started estate agency in 2014 in Farnborough and have gained a good knowledge of best working practices and am excited to join Richard Worth to continue my progress. After I finished secondary school I went to Edgbarrow Sixth Form where I studied A levels in Business, History and Media. Property and estate agency is part of my family background and my father is a prominent figure in the property industry and it therefore was a natural step for me to pursue a career in estate agency. From the age of sixteen I worked at Waitrose, Sandhurst in the customer service team, where I really enjoyed dealing with customers face to face. I was lucky enough to complete a week’s work experience with Richard Worth that I thoroughly enjoyed. I was delighted to then be offered a job at Richard Worth as a sales negotiator. I joined the property industry in 1998 initially working in sales and listing property in Bracknell/ Wokingham. I grew up in Binfield which back in the 1970’s was a small quiet village. Having worked in the Bracknell/Wokingham for most of my adult life I have excellent local knowledge which is invaluable in the property industry. After having children I moved across into sales progression, having been through the process of buying and selling several times I have a comprehensive understanding of the process and am usually prepared for the delays which inevitably crop up.
I joined Richard Worth in October 2016 having spent many years with a large corporate agent. I have good working relationships with almost all the local solicitors and other agents which again is invaluable to getting sales completed.
After almost 20 years in the business I still love the feeling of confirming ‘contracts have exchanged’ to clients and pride myself on giving a first class service to our clients making the process as stress free as possible.

I was educated at both the Marist Convent and The Emmbrook School and later studied at the London College of Fashion. I have always lived and worked in the Wokingham area and having initially worked in insurance joined Richard Worth Estate Agents shortly after it opened. I am in charge of general office administration including the preparation of marketing literature, updating the property portals, arranging advertising and client invoicing. Based on the sales floor, I provide support to the sales and land team and assist clients with their property requirements, arranging viewings and valuations. I believe that my role is to ensure that the office runs efficiently and effectively allowing the sales staff to concentrate on providing a high level of service to our clients.

I have lived in Finchampstead most my life and was educated at St. Crispins Secondary School in Wokingham before graduating with a BDes (hons) degree from the University of Wolverhampton. My passion for design started young, learning and developing skills throughout my education. During my time at University I was part of a team that won the ESTIA 24hr best international group prize. I emigrated to the UK from Durban, South Africa in 2001 my back ground is in Insurance and Office Management. I joined the team at Worthingtons in April 2014 and have put my organisational skills to good use! I love working in a small family run business as you really get to deal closely with the customer and add benefit to their sale.
